I've bookmarked the blog and will check back as excitement builds to the big event. I've not been to a conference except in Destin so I'm looking forward to seeing how it is at Jekyll.

My Club Adminisrator just left the club and we find she did not block our rooms for the conference.
Any insight on which hotels still have rooms??

Hi Ron,
The Jekyll Island Club and Beachview Hotels are sold out. As far as I know, the others still have rooms available. Click on the Jekyll Island website link on the blog and it will take you to the main site for Jekyll. There you'll be able to find a listing of hotels and their contact info.

I've heard some of the seagulls near Jekyll have rabies. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks.
Only the ones with teeth. Others are safe!

Ken Unger here with the Clayton County Club. We cant seem to find any information on how to resister or the itinerary for the Roundup. Please get back with me any information you have on this. Looks like you had more success getting bloggers to join than I did with the Vocational Service Blog. I did restrict it to specific named invitees to join.
